I'll Be Ready in Ten Minutes

I'll be ready in Ten Minutes
overheard at Starbucks

To fold the laundry again
To rummage through photos
To keep track of time
To flourish my pen and struggle
with the Sunday puzzle
To re-pot brown-leaf plants
damaged by the drought
To cut-out a vegetarian recipe
To look out the window
To take off my shoes
To nudge the door
To walk outside
To catch the breeze
To defer folding the laundry

  1. Oh, can so relate, though I thought that following "flourish my pen and struggle" would be with NaPoWrMo...as that's what I'm thinking for myself. Anyhow, well done.
