Beautiful ink bottles, how special!!ABC Wed: i
Oh, wonderful ink bottles. I have one, a purplish color, and I keep it on top of my antique secretary-desk. When I was young, and learning to write rather than print, we went from pencils to pen-and-ink. It was a challenge. Ballpoint pens were banned, until someone started making them in the shape of old-fashioned pens. Then we were allowed to use them. Thanks for sharing your lovely photos.KayAlberta, Canada

Lovely bottles. Haven't written with real ink for years although I have a stack of nibs. Better to use rather than the suction pens where more seemed to up on figures than paper.
Extremely creative and inky!
Something so simple is captured so beautifully by the lens. Very nice!
