A Spring Exposure

I'm falling into the habit
of watching spring spread
across fields and leave
a swath of green

I'm listening to her stretch
revealing skeins of color

Such bravado,
such blatant exhibitionism

  1. Beautiful blatant exhibitionism...I can't wait, her reckoning is beckoning in Montana. Ha!

  2. ...such beautiful expression! However, she's been doing more of a peek-a-boo game around here. ;) And we go from chilly, sweater wearing days to hot, shorts wearing days!!

  3. I love those last two stanzas, the idea of listening to a stretch and "blatant exhibitionism".
